With warm crusty bread.

 

B / HOME MADE CHICKEN LIVER PATE

Dressed with Cumberland sauce. Salad leaves and Melba toast.

 

C / CREAMY GARLIC MUSHROOMS

Topped with blue cheese and dipping bread.


MAINS

 

1 / ROAST TOPSIDE OF BEEF

Served with Yorkshire pudding, roast gravy and a selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes.

 

2 / PAN FRIED SUPREME OF CHICKEN

With creamy dauphinoise potatoes, buttered leeks and red wine.

 

3 / BAKED COD FILLET

Topped with herb crust, truffle crushed new potatoes, broccoli florets and tomato and red wine sauce.

 

4 / ROASTED MEDITERANIAN VEGETABLES

With pearl cous cous, bound in basil pesto and served with crostini and grilled Halloumi.
