Life During Lockdown

From Pat Pudsey:

"Today I saw my first swallow, more than one actually, and heard my first Cuckoo.

Will we ever get back to normal? "

Another Kirkby Moor view. Name the fells!

From Colin Crabtree:

"I hope members of the club are keeping well.

The photos were taken on a short walk around the garden. Who needs to go to Okinawa when the gardens and streets of Furness have such beautiful blossoms?"

"Update on my previous post: The kitchen has been redecorated after the anniversary meal.

April being time of celebration of anniversarys and birthdays (Joan's), and as we couldn't go out, I promised to make her a three course meal, corn flakes, bacon & egg, followed by toast. Don't know why but I get the impression she was expecting more. At least there is only the ceiling to redecorate after the bacon caught fire."

From Pat Pudsey:

"This picture was taken on Sunday's tramp around Kirkby Moor.

It is not fantastic quality from a phone photo, but what I could see and the camera couldn’t was a distant figure on the path. I recognised the walk... it was Barbara."

From Pat Pudsey:

"Burney Fell on my birthday! I should have been leading the "C" party that day."
