Life During Lockdown

From Judy Harmer:

"2nd May: We walked around the ‘Bouth Circuit’ and saw buzzards and herons, heard our first cuckoo, and found orangetip butterflies and woods full of bluebells.

The White Hart was closed, so no stop for a drink!.... but never mind, it was a lovely spring walk."

From Jackie Gray:

"Here are some pictures from one of our many bike rides during lockdown, and the best so far. The route was Ulverston, Lowick Church, east side Coniston Lake, Hawkshead, Moor Top, Satterthwaite, Oxen Park, Bessy Bank, Lowick Church, Stone Briggs Alpacas, Ulverston.

There are also a couple of garden photos - lots of time spent removing shrubs/bushes to create a veg patch, but no sign of any veg! Maybe we'll just need to stick to cycling!"

From Judy Harmer:

"3nd May: We parked in the Gill and walked up to Higher Lath, Horace, Pennington reservoir and the church, and back to the Gill. It was another enjoyable walk, with nice views."
